Hello all!
Yes, I have sucumb to blogspot, along with myspace and facebook. These websites are becoming more popular than well, mcdonalds was. Although, they are healthier.
I'm not qutie sure how everything works yet, but I figured I would give it a try. My camera is currently acting like an inflexible two year old, so don't expect many pictures as of now.
I've kind of got the hint that you are supposed to lay out your life story for those who don't get to physically be there as it's happening, so here goes..
Last night was Halloween, which is my least favorite holiday, to say the least. I worked for the part of the night because well since I write the schedule, I figured it would be mean to make all halloween lovers work. Oh, I forgot something. Mom is up at Colleen's having a "girls weekend," so because of my procrastination to homework, I decided to make cupcakes for my coworkers. Well, this did not go so well. I made the mistake of spraying the pan with Pam and then using the reyonlds baking cups. After about ten minutes of baking, there was smoke everywhere! I ran to open the oven and they were on fire! My funfetti cupcakes were literally engaged in flames. After throwing towels on them, I was pretty dissapointed.
So after my cupcake expedition, I decided to make dad healthy chocoalte pudding, so he wouldn't eat something bad when I was gone all night. See, the stove had it out for me on Halloween (since it knows I dread it). My pudding overflowed, and I'm sure you can imagine the mess that was.
After work, Josh, my best male friend came and picked me up to go to the movies (after a long time of dad and him making sarcastic remarks about me being picky about clothes). We saw the Haunting of Molly Hartley. Now, it was a good movie. Yet, you know when you want a movie to end one way and it always does? Well this one didn't! I was like, oh come on. So then we left when it was finished and drove around Lake San Marcos trying to find Oscar's house from Pat and Oscar's. We were successful! But, we couldn't get in, =/ Oh well, it was a fun journey.
When I got home, Tyler was in the front yard talking to some guy about trucks, which I thought was weird to do at 1 in the morning, but whatever, it's Tyler.
I guess that's pretty much all I have to say about my Halloween. For the rest of my life, I'm just working about 35 hours a week. For those of you who don't know, I work at the Starbucks inside of Vons (ironically, I've quit drinking coffee). I love it there and I'm unoffically the Assistant Manager, which is qutie demanding. School is good. I'm taking Philosophy, Buisness, History and Nutrition at Palomar to get ready for Berkeley in January!
Hope you all enjoyed my begginner blog entry. =]
